Spicy Pickle Wrapped Burger

1/4 cup chopped zesty pepper rings
2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup soy sauce
5 whole medium dill pickles salt pepper
6 wheat hamburger buns 
salad dressing
6 slices munster cheese
1 medium tomato sliced



From a jar of zesty pepper rings, chop up the peppers til you have 1/4 cup. Add the 1/4 cup chopped peppers to the 2 lbs hamburger meat. Into the meat, add the 1/3 cup soy sauce and mix all together. Quarter the 5 whole medium pickles and set aside. Thinnly slice medium tomato and set aside. Divide meat into 6 balls. Each ball of meat divide in half. Shape each half into a patty. One patty place 3 quarters of pickles side by side. Then place the other patty on top of the pickles and shape the two halves together into one patty. Continue with the next 5 balls of hamburger meat. Lightly sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Grill burgers on medium heat til cooked through and pickles are warmed. Take the 6 wheat buns and lightly spread salad dressing on both pieces. Place burger on bun bottom, add slice of munster cheese and top with one slice of tomato. Place bun top to finish the burger.
