Ingredients
- – 6 King’s Hawaiian Burger Buns
- – 1 Cup King’s Hawaiian Sweet Pineapple BBQ Sauce
- – 1.5 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
- – 3 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage
- – 2 Large Carrots – julienned
- – 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
- – 1 Jalapeno, chopped (Remove seeds for less heat)
- – 2 Cups Fresh Pineapple, Diced
- – 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- – 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- – 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- – 1/4 Teaspoon. of Salt
- – 1/3 Teaspoon. of Pepper
- – Sutter Homes White Zinfandel Wine
Instructions
- n a medium bowl; mix together cabbage, carrots, onion, jalapeno, pineapple, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro and salt & pepper.
- Let stand for 15-30 minutes
- Pre-Heat Grill
- In a medium bowl, add ground beef and Hawaiian BBQ Sauce, mix together.
- Portion out 4 burger patties, and place on the grill (about 4 minutes each side)
- Once burgers are cooked add 1 burger patty to a burger bun and top with the Pineapple Slaw.
- Pour a glass of Sutter Homes White Zinfandel and enjoy!
