Spicy Poutine Poutine Please Burger
Ingredients
- Burger recipe:
- 2 Pounds 80/20 chuck
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 6 onion rolls
- 1Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1Teaspoon pepper
- 3/4
- bag of thick fries
- 4 Cups cooking oil
- Spicy cheese toppping recipe:
- 2 Cups melted cheese product
- 1/2 Cup minced jalapeno
- 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 Cup milk
- Brown grazy recipe:
- 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
- 5 Cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3/4 Cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon worcestershire
- 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 Cup butter
Instructions
- 1.
- Mix beef, worcestershire, 1 Teaspoon garlic, 1 Teaspoon salt and 1 Teaspoon pepper together
- 2.
- Form six patties and set to the side
- 3.
- In a medium sauce pan, over low- medium heat, place 2 Cups of cheese product, milk, 1/2 Cup minced jalapeno and 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne together.
- Stirring occasionally, until melted.
- Keep warm until ready to serve

- In another sauce pan melt the butter on low to medium heat, add flour and cook for approx 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 5.
- When golden brown, add garlic and cook another 40 seconds.
- 6.
- Whisk in 1 1/2 Cups of the beef broth, ketchup, mustard and worcestershire.
- 7. continue whisking until smooth, add the remaining broth, simmer and stir constantly, add the salt pepper.
- 8.
- Keep warm until ready to serve

- Cook the burgers 5-6 min, per 1/2 inch of thickness, or until thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
- 10.
- Melt butter and apply to onion rolls and place on grill for 1-2 minutes
- 11.
- In a medium saucepan, heat cooking oil to 350-360 degrees, deep fry the french fries, until golden brown.
- Place on papertowel to absorb the grease
- 12.
- Place 1 Tablespoon of the cheese mixture on the bottom bun, top with burger, fries, 2 Tablespoon of cheese sauce and finish with the beef gravy.
- Crown with the top bun and feed your face.
