2lbs. ground sirloin
1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chili powder (oil for grill)
Hickory Smoked Swiss and Cheddar Cheese, slice into 6 pieces
6 Potato Hamburger Buns
Spicy mayonnaise
Bib lettuce
Sweet Spanish Onions
½ bag Coleslaw Mix
¼ cup Coleslaw Dressing
6 pieces Smoked Applewood Bacon, cut into pieces



Preheat grill to medium high.. Mix ground beef with extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic powder, red pepper, and chili powder. Divide into six portions and make six patties. Brush grill with oil. Cook 6-7 minutes per side. Move to warm area of grill and top with cheese. Place a cast iron skillet on grill and add bacon pieces, cook until crisp. Drizzle onions with olive oil and place on grill for 30 seconds. Mix coleslaw with dressing Assemble burger: spread bottom bun with spicy mayonnaise, add lettuce, burger with cheese, grilled onions coleslaw, and bacon. Serve.
