2 pints fresh oysters,drained and chopped
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 cup chopped garlic
4 tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 teaspoons crushed chipotle chili pepper
2 teaspoons ground ancho chili pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
For topping
2 cups mayonnaise
6 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 tablespoons dijon mustard



In mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the oil ,butter/margarine and the topping ingredients form into six patties In a seperate bowl combine the topping ingredients in a large skillet heat oil and butter/margarine until butter /margarine melts cook burgers until golden brown Pour topping over burgers and serve burgers on burger rolls
