Steve’s Special Burgers

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup steak sauce
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. Season All Seasoned salt
2 tsp. English Mustard
6 hamburger buns
1 large tomato
1 jar light Mayo



Thoroughly work Accent,onion,salt & white pepper into ground chuck. Then work shredded cheddar cheese into meat. Form hamburger into 6 1/4lb. patties. Use wax paper between patties to keep them from sticking together. Mix Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, margarine(will melt during heating), garlic powder, ketchup, seasoned salt, & mustard together. Bring grill to medium heat and place container of sauce on grill. Stir. When margarine has melted place hamburgers on grill.After hamburgers have browned, brush hamburgers with sauce until they are done,medium or to taste. Place Mayo on buns, then tomato, then hamburger. Pour small amount of warm remaining sauce on hamburger. ENJOY!
