Preheat your gas grill to high.
To make the Jamin Strawberry relish, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, lime, honey, basil, dry mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, shallot, avocado, and lettuce. Pour small bowl contents over large bowl contents and toss together. Set aside.
To prepare the patties, combine the chuck, wine, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix together using your hands. Divide into 6 equal parts and form into patties.
Brush the grill rack with olive oil. Place the patties on the grill, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the patties, continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Place the cheese slices on the patties during the last 3 minutes of grilling. Place the buns, cut side down, and the outer edges of the grill rack to toast lightly during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
To assemble the burger, place the patty on the bottom bun, place 1/2 cup Jamin Strawberry Relish on top of the burger. Add the bun top and serve.
