- 1 Cup Sutter Home Sweet Red
- 3 Pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
- Vidalia Onions
- 2/3 Cup Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- 3 table spoons Salt
- 3 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Lettuce
- 1 whole Tomato (slice)
- 1 table spoon Garlic
- 3 teaspoon of extra virgin olive
Instructions
- Mix 1 Cup of Sutter Home Sweet Red with 3 Pounds of Ground Turkey let it marinate at least 30 minutes the longer the richer the flavor
- Then add your garlic , salt, cayenne pepper and mix together make sure you don’t over mix or burger will turn out tough
- Take fist full amount and flatten in palm to make a thin patty then stuff with Parmesan cheese
- You then want to make another thin patty to place on top and seal the edges to keep cheese inside
- In a skillet over medium heat pour 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive in skillet to heat then place burgers in skillet
- Recommend cooking 3 at a time in a large skillet each side 5 mins each till cheese starts to melt out
- Toast brioche buns
- Dress your burger with lettuce tomato thins slices of vidalia onions and chipotle barbecue sauce
