Stuffed Burger Bundles

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1lb hamburger
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 can cream mushroom soup
2tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ketchup
3cups dry bread cubes
1 1/2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c chopped onion
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c milk or more
pinch of celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. sage



Melt the shortening, add onions, and cook for a few minutes. Add to the bread cubes, and add seasonings and milk. Combine the evaporated milk and meat, and divide into six patties. Pat into 6 inch chicles. Pit 1/4 c dressing mixture in center of each pattie. Pull sides of meat up to cover dressing and seal. Place in baking pan. Combine soup, sauce and ketchup, pour over meat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. or until done. Makes 6 servings
