First make 12 flat patties, then cut the cheddar cheese in thick slices and put one slice on top of each patty. Then add 1 patty on top of the cheese and push sides down to close burger salt and pepper each side. Cook bacon to desired texture and let sit aside. Slice all veggies while your burgers are grilling. Grill onions and set aside. Toast the bun slightly. Then add all the fixings to each bun after burgers are cooked through.
