Stuffed Mushroom and Swiss Burger

2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 cups cut baby portabella mushrooms
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp diced onions
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
6 hamburger buns



Put beef, egg, cut mushrooms, 2 cups shredded swiss, Worcestershire sauce, and diced onions into a medium size mixing bowl. Hand mix all ingredients together making sure everything is mixed evenly. Form six patties making sure all ingredients are firmly packed together. Heat grill to 350 degrees and cook for 30 minutes. At 25 minutes in, spread one cup of shredded swiss on top of the patties. Melt cheese and serve on hamburger buns.
