1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
3 T vegetable oil
2 T poultry seasoning
2 t garlic powder
2 t onion flakes
2 t lemon pepper
1 t salt
Dash of hot sauce
Spray oil for grill
1/2 lb of left-over stuffing
6 sweet dinner rolls
6 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 can of whole cranberry sauce, mashed
1/3 c ketchup
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T orange juice

Combine ground turkey, vegetable oil, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion flakes, lemon pepper and salt in medium bowl, until well blended. First divide the mixture into 6 equal balls. Next, take one of the balls and cut in half. Take 1 of halves in the palm of your hand and flatten it and make a slight indentation for the stuffing. Spoon some stuffing onto the turkey patty in your hand, spread it out, but leave about an 1/8" diameter of turkey. Place the remaining half on top of the stuffing and carefully pinch the edges together, so the stuffing stays inside. Flatten and shape into a patty. Continue stuffing the 5 remaining turkey balls. Set aside. Lightly spray the grill grates with vegetable oil spray to prevent sticking. Next, turn on the grill to med/high to preheat. When this temperature is reached, (approx 400-450) place burgers on the grill for 3 minutes on each side. Next turn down the heat to 350, cover grill and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, or until done. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the "Cranberry Ketchup" topping. In a small bowl, gently mash the whole cranberry sauce with a fork. Then add the ketchup, mayonnaise, dijon and the orange juice. Mix well and set aside for the burgers. About 1 minute before the burgers are cooked throughly, place slices of sharp cheddar on each turkey burger. Also, cut the sweet rolls in half and toast on the grill at the same time. After 1 minute or when cheese is melted, remove rolls and burgers. Spread the Cranberry Ketchup on the bottom roll and place a Thanksgiving Burger on top, then the top of the roll. Serve immediately.
