Summer Fresh Teriyaki Burger

Brown Sugar
Ketchup
Ground Ginger
Minced Garlic
Cracked Seasoned Pepper
Mixed up Salt
Molasses
Soy Sauce
Chardonnay
Beef Burgers
Cucumber
Duck Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Rice Noodles
Sesame Oil
sesame seeds
Flatbread
Mango

 

Instructions

In bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, ground ginger, minced garlic, pepper, salt, molasses, soy sauce and Chardonnay. Baking dish, spread teriyaki sauce over burger. Let sit at least 30 minutes. In the meantime, peel and slice cucumbers. Mix duck sauce, vinegar and a dash of chardonnay together-cover cucumbers-stir & let flavors marry. Prepare rice noodles according to package directions. Drain & toss with sesame oil and add sesame seeds. Grill burgers. Layer Burger on flatbread with cucumbers and rice noodles. Serve with Mango.
