Sun Dried Tomato Burger with Orange and Herb Mayonnaise

Orange Herb Mayo
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
Zest on 1 medium orange
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 tsp each salt and pepper
6 ciabatta rolls
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
6 slices baby swiss cheese
spinach leaves to top



In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, orange juice, orange zest. and rosemary. Cover and chill. In a large bowl mix, until just combined, ground beef and pork, egg, bread crumbs, worcestershire, orange zest, sun dried tomatoes, salt and pepper.Cover and set aside. Divide mixture into 6 patties. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side or until medium. Top with swiss cheese. Drizzle buns with olive oil and place on grill until toasted. While still warm rub buns with garlic cloves. Top with mayo and spinach. Serve immediately.
