1 lb. lean ground round sirloin
1 med. onion
1 egg
3 tbl. ketchup
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Hamburger Rolls



In large mixing bowl put ground sirloin, chop onion and add to meat, along with egg, ketchup, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingrediants well combined. Form meat into patties and cook 10 minutes on each side on a medium heat grill. As soon as burgers are completely cooked, toast hamburger rolls on grill for 1-2 minutes until warm. Serve burgers on warmed hamburger rolls.
