1/4 cup of Sutter Home Wine-Cabernet Sauvignon
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
3 large cloves of fresh garlic chopped
1 large white onion chopped
1 cup of chopped Jalepenos Peppers
2 egg
2 pounds of 80/20 Ground Round Beef
2 tablespoons of Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 slices of cheddar cheese
6 teaspoons of Grey Poupon Mustard
6 teaspoons of Mayonaise
12 large pieces of red tip leaf lettuce
2 large green bell peppers cut in rings
3 large red tomatoes cut in thin slices
6 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns



Mix in a large bowl 1/4 cup of Sutter Home Wine – Cabernet Sauvignon, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black ground pepper, 3 large cloves of fresh garlic chopped, 1 large white onion chopped, 1 cup of chopped Jelepenos Peppers chopped, 2 egg and 2 pounds of 80/20 Ground Round Beef. After mixing well get a large platter. Devide the meat mixture into 6 large hamburger patties. Cover and put patties in the refrigerator. Get a serving tray ready with the 6 cheddar cheese slices, Grey Poupon Mustard, Mayonaise, red tip leaf lettuce, sliced green bell pepper rings and sliced red tomatoes. Put tray in refrigerator until ready to put cheese on cooked hamburger patties. Start Grill. Allow electric grill to heat about 10 minutes. Brush two tablespoons of Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto grill. Put all of your hamburger patties on the grill. Close lid of grill and let the hamburgers cook for approximetly 10 minutes on each side or until done. After the hamburgers are on the grill for about 10 minutes put the hamburger buns on the grill to toast. Get a large clean platter and take the hamburger buns off of the grill. Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each hamburger pattie and close grill lid for 2 minutes. Place the cooked hamburgers and cheese on the bottom hamburger bun. Put some Grey Poupon Mustard, Mayonaise, 2 pieces of red tip leaf lettuce, 2 rings of red bell pepper and 3 slices of red tomatoes on each hamburger bun. Put hamburgers together and ready to serve!
