1# ground sirloin(5 patties)
2 c. dry red wine
1 beef boullion
fresh cracked pepper
thickening paste- (2 heaping T.flour in 1-1/2c. water)
5 ciabatta rolls
garlic salt
2 c. immitation crab
2 scallions
lemon zest
4 oz. onion and chive cream cheese
1 t. cayenne pepper



SURF Coursely chop the immitation crab and scallions in a food processor. Place in a mixing bowl with the lemon zest, cream cheese and cayenne pepper. Mix well with a spoon and refrigerate. TURF & BREAD Marinate the 5 sirloin patties in 2 c. dry red wine for 2 hrs or more if desired. Remove the patties from the marinate and generously sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper. Grill patties either on an outdoor grill or a grilling machine. Save marinate. Slice ciabatta rolls, butter , and sprinkle with garlic salt. Toast butter side down in a skillet. Set aside. Pour marinate into the skillet adding the beef boullion and reduce on high heat for 10 minutes. Add the thickening paste and stir untill thickened. Add grilleed patties and simmer for 5 minutes. Build the burgers as follows: Roll bottom Pattie w/wine sauce 2 rounded T. SURF mixture Lettuce Tomatoe slice Roll top
