Surf N’ Turf Burger

Paired or alone, there's something magical about this creamy wine that nods to yummy peaches and sinful delights.


3 pounds ground sirloin
3T wasabi paste (store bought-any brand)
18 medium shrimp (uncooked, cleaned, shelled, tails off)
1/2 cup Vegetable oil (to grease grill rack)
3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup Ginger-Sesame marinade (store bought-any brand)
6 French rolls



Remove racks from grill and lightly grease with vegetable oil (very light) Put racks back on grill Start gas grill, heat to 350 degrees Blend (with hands) 3 Tablespoons wasabi paste in with 3 pounds ground sirloin Pat out 6 burgers Place burgers on grill and cook until Medium temperature, approximately 5 minutes on each side When burgers have only 3 minutes left to cook, place 18 medium shrimp in a seafood grill rack and grill shrimp for 3 minutes (1.5 minutes per side) Remove burgers and shrimp from grill Turn off grill Place one burger on each French roll Top each burger with 3 shrimp Top each burger with 1/4 cup finely shredded red cabbage Top each burger with 2 Teaspoons Ginger-Sesame marinade Top each burger with top of French roll Serve and enjoy
