Sutter Zintastic Burgers

Pairs well with:

White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


1 1/2 lb. Ground Sirloin
1/4 C. Sutter Home White Zinfandel
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 C. Fresh Diced Cilantro
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 C. diced Vidalia Onion
1 Tbsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Adobo w/Pepper
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
6 slices diced cooked bacon
1/2 c. fresh crumbled Blue Cheese
6 slices Baby Swiss Cheese
6 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
6 thinly cut Vidalia Onion slices
6 thinly cut tomato slices
6 deli style rolls cut in 1/2

1 stick salted butter (softened)
1/2 Tbsp. diced cilantro
1 tsp. grated lemon peel


Combine first 14 ingredients in large mixing bowl until all are well incorporated. In seperate bowl mix all 3 ingredients for Butter Mixture untill well blended and set aside. Divide into 6 equal size patties. Grill burgers to medium-rare. Add 6 slices of Baby Swiss Cheese till just melted. Remove from grill and place 1 patty on bottom of each deli roll (you can toast deli rolls slightly). Add onion slice, tomato slice, lettuce slice. Spread top slice of deli rolls each with “Butter Mixture” cut in 1/2.
