Suzie’s Asian Delight
Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin
1 ball fresh mozzarella (8 to 9 ozs)
1 red onion
5 tablespoons wasabi paste
2 tablespoons wasabi mayo
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon old bay
Instructions
Start with your ground sirloin in a bowl Dice the mozzarella into small chunks and add to meat Dice red onion and add to meat Add your wasabi paste Add your wasabi mayo Add your salt and pepper Add your old bay Mix all ingredients together and chill mixture for a half hour. Make you hamburgers with a tupperware hamburger maker (each patty should be 8 to 9 ounces). Grill for 5 minutes on each side and serve on a toated bun that has been precoated with wasabi mayo. Serve with a sliced tomato, extra wasabi paste and lettuce and enjoy!
