Ingredients:

Honey Mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Patties
1&1/2 pounds ground turkey
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Maple Glazed Bacon
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup maple syrup

Vegetable oil, for brushing on the grill rack
6 kaiser rolls
6 slices swiss cheese
6 lettuce leaves
6 slices tomato
6 slices red onion, separated into rings

Instructions:

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.

To make the honey mustard, combine mayonnaise, honey and dijon mustard in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready for use.

To make the bacon, place a heavy duty fire proof skillet on thegrill rack and cook the bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Brush top of bacon slices with maple syrup. Set aside until ready to use.

To make the patties, combine turkey, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Divide into 6 equal portions and form the portions into patties to fit the rolls. Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover, and cook, turning once, until the juices run clear when the paties are pierced in the center, about 5 minutes on each side. During the last few minutes of cooking, place the rolls, cut side down, on the outer edges of the rack to toast lightly and place a slice of cheese on each patty.
To assemple the burgers, spread equal portion of honey mustard on cut sides of rolls. Place a lettuce leaf, tomato, red onion slices, patty, and piece of bacon sliced into two pieces onto bun bottom. Add the roll tops and serve.
