Sweet & Spicy Burgers
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 cup Vidalia onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Pure Maple syrup
1 Tbsp. Mustard Powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Cilantro
1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Whole fresh pineapple
Place onion and garlic in small food processor and process until they are nearly a paste.
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form mixture into patties and allow to come to room temperature.
Peel and core pineapple. Slice into 3/4 inch thick slices and lightly oil them for th grill.
Preheat grill or grill pan. Sear each side well and then finish cooking to desired doness. Top with grilled pineapple and a well grilled bun.
