FRESH TROPICAL FRUIT SALSA: Dice papaya, mango, pineapple, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, red onion and jalapeño (OPTIONAL!) and place in a bowl. Add chopped cilantro, lime juice and sugar. Blend well and set aside.(OR use 1 cup of your favorite fruit salsa in lieu of making the Fresh Tropical Fruit Salsa!)

Brush inside of buns with olive oil, put them on a plate ready for the grill. Brush both sides of the pineapple slices with olive oil and have them on a plate, ready for the grill. Have provolone handy for the grill.

GRILL INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat gas grill on high; turn to medium. Place burgers on grill and cook according to your liking, approximately 5-6 minutes per side for medium well burgers. After flipping burgers, add pineapple slices to the grill. Cook pineapple for approximately 4 minutes on each side. After flipping pineapple, add provolone cheese slices to burgers. Also add buns, flat side down, grill for about 2 minutes. Remove buns, pineapple and burgers from the grill.
