Florida is surrounded by the ocean and seafood is a huge part of the culture and culinary dining experience here in the Sunshine state. Since many health conscious people reside here, salmon is loaded with omega fatty acids, which promote, a healthy heart, lowers cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

Ingredients:

2 Cans Salmon (deboned & drained)
1 whole egg
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Kaiser rolls

Dressing:
1 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon dill, freshly chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together (except for the Extra Virgin Olive Oil). Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Once well incorporated, shape mixture into 6 burgers. Drizzle each burger with olive oil. On a gas grill, on medium heat, cook each side for approximately 8-10 minutes or until just brown. Place on bun, top with dressing. Enjoy!
