12% Lean Beef
1tsp Liquid Smoke
2 cups of Mushrooms
4 slices of swiss cheese
3 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1 onion sliced
2 tsp of evoo
5 to 6 slices of bacon



Defrost hamberger until almost thaughed take hamburger and mix in sliced onion, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and make as many patties as desired any size. on stove over medieum head cook mushrooms in evoo. on stove cook beacon until crispy cook patties on grill and cook until done, add mushrooms, beacon and cheese. while cheese is melting toast buns on grill, when cheese is melted it is done and ready to serve
