Heat grill to medium-high heat. When ready, brush grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Place patties on grill, cover and cook, turning once for approximately 5-7 minutes for medium doneness. Just before removing from grill, place provolone cheese slices and allow to melt with lid closed.Remove and keep warm. Generously brush sour dough rolls on top and bottom with olive oil. Place on edge on edge of grill, toast until lightly brown. Remove from grill and immediately rub each roll generously with the halved garlic cloves.

To assemble, place a patty on the bottom roll, layer with generous amount of tomato bruschetta( include the juice of the buschetta) and top roll. Mangiare!
