Ingredients

Fresh Chopped Garlic (mixed in)
1.5 lbs Ground Chuck
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sweet Butter
2 egg yolks w (Salt & pepper)
Julianne Sliced Iceberg Lettuce J
ulianne Sliced White Onions
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Diced Jalepenos 
Mayonaisse
Sliced Tomatoes (pinch of salt and sugar)
Extra Sharp Cheddar (sliced)
Monteray Jack Cheese (sliced)
Hot N Sweet
Bread & Butter
Pickles
Ketchup
Stone Ground Mustard

 

Instructions

Carefully mix the meats, the soy sauce, and the 2 egg yolks together. Salt and pepper lightly but do not mash. Then gently form each hamburger and lightly press into a patty. Make a small indentation and put a thin slice of butter inside each hamburger, making sure that the sweet cream butter is entirely closed into the meat. Set aside while making the jalapeno relish: to taste -(mix)- lettuce, cilanto, onions, jalapenos with 3 tablespoons of mayonaisse. Grill hamburgers to desired temperature and put on buns with: Hamburgers topped with cheddar cheese and monteray jack… pile relish on top of cheese…follow with tomato and pickles- and mustard/ketchup to taste!!!
