Burger Content
1 20 oz. can Vegetarian Burger
1/4 cup quick oatmeal
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon cumin 
1/8 teaspoon coriander 
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup sauteed finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon sauteed finely chopped garlic 
1 teaspoon Marmite
2 tablespoons Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 egg whites
Whole Wheat Buns
Sliced Havarti Cheese
Lettuce Leafs
Tomato Slices
Cucumber Slices
Light Mayonnaise



Heat the gas grill to medium-high. Combine the vegetarian burger, oatmeal and bread crumbs in a big bowl and set aside. Saute the chopped onions, garlic, coriander, pepper and cumin Saute the onions, garlic, spices and Marmite in two tablespoons of Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil together over the grill in a medium skillet, let cool for ten minutes and then add the egg whites to the burger mixture and then add the sauteed mixture together and then form patties and brush the grill with vegetable oil and then grill each burger for 4 minutes turning once until deep golden brown. Toast the whole wheat buns and then put mayonnaise, lettuce, ketchup, burger, cheese slice, cucumber, tomato slice(s)between the buns and enjoy.
