Teriyaki Burgers

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Egg 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
4 Cups Teriyaki Sauce
1 can Pineapple Rings
1 Red onion
1 bag Big fluffy burger buns (8)
Butter (for buns)
Lettuce Leafs
Long Pickle slices
Monterey Jack Cheese Slices
*Spicey mustard or Thousand Island Dressing for spreading.



Combine the meat, egg and taco seasoning mix in a bowl. In a zip lock baggie place the Teriyaki sauce, Pineapple Rings, and Red Onion patties to marinade. Form meat mixture into patties. Grill patties to the recommended 160 degrees. Place the teriyaki bag near grill and brush the Teriyaki onto your patties as you turn them. Put finished patties on the warming shelf in grill (with cheese slices if you choose). Use tongs and place Pineapple rings and Red Onion patties on the grill. Just grill enough to get grill marks and warm up (5 minutes each side). Grill your buttered buns at the same time Place each (Burgers, Pineapple, Onion, Buns, etc.) on platters "Buffett Style" along with all other condiments listed above and serve with seasoned curly fries, yummy!
