Teriyaki Pineapple Burger

Pairs well with:

White Merlot

Imagine sipping a lighter Merlot. This fresh, pale-pink wine is a nice change from traditional red or white wines.


1. 1 1/2 pds. ground round
2.1/2 onion
3.1 jalapeno
4.6 mushrooms
5.1 tbsp. teriyaki
6.1 tbsp. pineapple juice
7.1 tsp of garlic
8.salt and pepper(to taste)
9.1 pineapple slice
10.1 slice onion
11.1 slice provolone chesse



put ground round in large bowl in a food processer chop 1.1/2 onion 2.1 jalapeno 3.6 mushrooms after processing add to ground round mix well. add 1 tbsp. teriyaki add 1 tbsp. pineapple jucie salt and pepper mix all into ground round divide into burgers and grill. when burgers are all most done add provolone chesse (total cooking time 15 to 25 min.) cook pineapple and onion slice on grill for about 5 min. when done build your buger with pineapple and onion slice on top add lettuce, tommato, grey poupon and mayo. put this on your choice of poppy seed or sourdough bun.
