Ingredients

Fairly lean hamburger (cook medium well):i perfer ground sirloin:..
seseme seed bun,
avacado,
onion,
fresh tomato,
mayo,
yellow mustard,
red bell(sweet) pepper,
medium jalapino,
american cheese cut in strips

 

Instructions

Take your buns put mayo on one side a light coating on the other of mustard.(the natural acids in the mustards will help keep the avacados green/fresh)put sliced avacado on the mustard side,then onion then sliced pepper(jalapino)red sweet bell pepper also,then tomato (sliced thin) then put mayo on the other bun..take the strips of american cheese and and criss cross the cheese and you now have the best BURGER you have ever tasted!! BAR NONE!!
