* 1 & 1/2 lbs. ground chicken
* 1/2 c. cracked pepper & garlic sauce
* 1/2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
* 2 c. bean sprouts
* 1 bunch green onion thinly sliced
* 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
* 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
* 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
* 1 large lime juiced
* 1/2 c. coconut milk
* 1 loaf artisan ciabatta flat bread cut into 1/2" slices
* 12 tbsp. of peanut sauce
* vegetable oil for grill

In a large bowl combine chicken, cracked pepper sauce, and cracked pepper. Form into 6 equal oval shaped patties. Place on a well oiled medium to medium-high grill for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Meanwhile in a medium bowl mix bean sprouts, green onions, peanuts, cilantro, red pepper flakes, 1/2 of lime juice & 1/4 c. coconut milk. Set aside. Mix remaining coconut milk & lime juice in a small bowl. Brush onto flat bread & grill until crusty/golden brown grill marks. Put 1 tbsp. of peanut sauce on each slice of bread. Assemble burgers with chicken patties & 1/6th of sprout mixture then top with bread.
