Thai Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
2 lbs. low fat ground turkey breast
2 soup cubes
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Sutter Home white wine
Juice of 1 medium lime
1 tsp grated lime zest
Instructions
1. Grind the soup cubes either in a mortar and pestle or ginder until they are a fine powder 2. Place the ground turkey in a large mixing bowl Add all other ingredients to the turkey and mix it well. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 pieces and shape each piece into a burger. 4. The Thai Turkey Burgers are best cooked on the grill. if you pan fry them coat the pan with pan spray prior to cooking the burgers.
