Thanksgiving Parade Burger

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

2lbs. lean ground turkey
.75 cup crushed cornbread stuffing mix (dry)
1/8t salt
1/4t pepper
2 green onion (tops included), chopped
1 egg, beaten
1.5 chopped fresh sage
1T chopped parsley
6 cracked wheat hamburger buns
1 Vidalia onion, sliced
1.5 cups spinach, washed and patted dry
6T cranberry-pecan chutney
2T honey mustard

 

Instructions

Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, onions, egg and herbs. Shape into 6 patties. Grease grill, set to medium high heat. Grill burgers for 4 minutes on each side, or to your liking. Grill buns for 2 minutes. Combine chutney and honey mustard. Layer burger: Bottom of bun, turkey patty, onion, spinach, 1T(or more if desired) chutney mustard, bun tops.
