Thanksgiving turkey burger
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey.
1/2 cup mayo.
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce.
1 cup whole cranberry sauce reserved to topping.
1 cup prepared turkey stuffing
6 hamburger buns.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
nonstick cooking spray.
Instructions
Mix mayo and 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce. set aside. Break up ground turkey and set in fridge. Prepare stuffing as directed and reserve 1 cup. Take ground turkey and add mayo mixture mix well add stuffing and mix well. Make 6 patties and place in fridge 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. spray with cooking spray. sprinkle patties with salt and pepper place patties on grill and cook to 4-5 minutes a side or until desired doneness. Let burgers rest for 1-2 minutes. Place on buns and top each with remaining cranberry sauce. Enjoy.
