The big mouthed burger

Lean ground sirloin enough for 4 large burgers
8 slices of swiss cheese
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
8 slices of bacon
lettuce leaves washed and dryed
1 large tomato sliced
4 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonaise
2 drops of hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder



Make 4 large hamburger patties at least an inch thick. Grill hamburgers on a charcoal grill until done throughout. While burgers are grilling fry up bacon. In a saute' pan place onions and mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of butter and saute' until done. In a small bowl mix mayo, mustard and hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until mixed well place 2 slices of swiss cheese on top of each burger and grill for 30 seconds more. Remove from grill and top with sauteed onions, mushrooms and 2 strips of bacon. Garnish with lettuce tomatoes. Spread mustard sauce on top bun and indulge.
