Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

Lean ground beef minced
1/4 cup onion 
1/4 cup bread crumbs
one egg[beaten]
2 tablespoons ketsup or barbeque sauce
1 tbsp.worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle salt & pepper

 

Instructions

put ground beef in large mixing bowl beat egg and mix into the meat add ketsup or barbeque sauce mix well add bread crumbs and the rest of the ingredients each time mixing well for best results put in the refrigerater for a couple of hours before forming the patties for the grill
