Ingredients

1 yellow onion (small)
1 green pepper
5 cloves garlic, plus 5 more cloves (set aside) (total of 10 cloves of garlic)
1 bunch of cilantro
2 tsp. Ketchup, plus 6 more tsp. set aside
1/2 cup Manzanilla Olives
1/2 cup Golden Raisins
1 tsp. Adobo
1 1/2 pkgs Sazon w/ Culantro and Achiote
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 yellow plantains vegetable oil
1 can of French Cut Green Beans
6 Kaiser Rolls
6 slices Havarti Cheese
6 tsp. mayonaise
(recipe requires the use of a small food processor, aluminum foil and a can opener)

Instructions

1. Cut and peel the onion and put into food processor. Wash and cut the green pepper, remove the stem and seeds and add to the food processor. Next, peel all of the garlic and add 5 cloves to the processor and set 5 cloves aside for later use. Add the cilatro to the processor and process on high until just short of a pesto consistency. 2. Next, finely chop the olives and mince the left over garlic and put into a large bowl. Next add the mixture we just processed, raisins, ketchup, adobo, sazon and pepper to the bowl. Mix these ingredients and then add the ground chuck to the bowl and combine. Divide the meat mixture into 6 equal parts, form the patties and refrigerate covered until you are ready to put them on the grill. 3. Peel and diagonally slice the yellow plantains into 12 slices ( 6 slices each plantain), brush both sides with oil and grill at medium to medium high for about 20 minutes. 4. Open the can of green beans and drain. Make an aluminum foil pouch, put the green beans in and seal. Place on grill for heating until warm. 5. Get the Bori Burger patties and place on medium to medum high heat for about 15 minutes on each side, until well done. 6. Lightly toast the bread on the grill, placing the inside of the roll down on grill. 7. Right before the burgers are to be removed from the grill place one slice of cheese on each patty. Remove the patties once cheese has melted. 8. Now it's time to assemble the Bori Burger. Spread 1 tsp. ketchup and 1 tsp. mayonaisse on the roll and place the patty on the bottom slice of the roll. Next, put a heaping table spoon of green beans on the patty and top with 2 plantains. Cover with remaining half of the roll and enjoy!
