The Cheesy Pleaser

Serves 6 Regular-Sized Burgers
Pairs well with:

Zinfandel

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

My burger is called the Cheesy Pleaser.  It has 2 cheeses that are mixed through the burger and American cheese on top, like a glorious crown for this meat lover’s dream.  Your eyes will fill with tears when you bring these out to your friends and family.  They will remember the cheesy pleaser and beg for the recipe.

  8. When American cheese starts to melt, top with bacon and pepper jack
  9. Butter brioche buns and place on the grill for 45 seconds, until lightly toasted
  10. Place hamburgers top of brioche buns and top with lettuce and tomato
