The Circus Is In Town Burger

Ingredients

  • 6 pretzel buns
  • 2 Pounds 80/20 chuck
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon butter to melt on the pretzrl buns
  • 1 bag of any flavor of cotton candy (I prefer the pink)
  • 1 Cup coursely chopped peanuts
  • 6 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 6 slices of cheddar
  • 6 candy circus peanuts to top the buns with skewers ( for presentation)

Instructions

  • 1.
  • In large bowl add the beef, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion salt, pepper
  • 2.
  • Coursely chop the peanuts and add to beef mixture
  • 3.
  • Form 6 patties and place on grill
  • 4.
  • Cook burgers 5-6 minutes on each side, per 1/2 inch of thickness or until thermometer reaches 160
  • 5.
  • Melt butter and slather the pretzel buns with butter and place on grill for 2-3 minutes
  • 6.
  • In the last 2 minutes of cooking the burger, add the cheese to melt
  • 7.
  • Place the romaine lettuce on bottom bun, top with the burger, top the burger while still warm with the cotton candy
  • 8.
  • Add the top bun
  • 9.
  • For a pretty presentation, skewer a candy circus peanut and place skewer thru the burger
  • 10.
  • Let your mouth go the the circus and ENJOY
