Instructions

Shape 6 equal size patties out of meat. Cut each patty in half to create a top and bottom. In the center of the bottom half lay two pieces of cream cheese side by side and put jalepenos (a few for mild and more for hotter)on the cream cheese. Lay the top piece back on and press sides together. Cover patties in 1/4 cup worsteshire sauce, sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt to taste. Place patties on gas grill on low heat until cooked through (usually about 25-30 minutes) turning over as needed. Saute onion, bell pepper and sliced mushrooms in 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup worsteshire for 25 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Remove cooked hamburger patties from the grill and place on bottom part of bun. Cover patty with onion/bell pepper/mushroom mixture and top with shredded cheese (about 2 tablespoons per patty). Spread mayonaise and spicy mustard on bun and close to complete the hamburger.
