6 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c. deviled ham
cayenne pepper
6 slices of pepper jack cheese
12 T Paul Newman’s Pineapple Salsa (or whatever favorite salsa you like).

Mix ground sirloin, ham, jalepeno, and garlic. Form 6 patties. Sprinkle liberally with cayenne pepper. When the grill is ready, brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover, and cook, turning once until done to preference, 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium. Melt cheese on top of patties. Place the buns, cut side down, on the outer edges of the grill rack to toast lightly during the last 2 minutes of grilling.

To assemble:
Place burger on bottom bun. Top with 2 tablespoons of salsa (you can use more salsa if you like). Cover with top bun.
