Sutter Home Chenin Blanc
Start by cooking bacon in stainless steel saute pan.When bacon is crisp,remove and reserve.Cut Vidalia onion into thin slices and saute until carmelized in bacon drippings, remove and reserve.Patty up burgers to desired thickness,season with Garlic powder,salt, and pepper and saute in pan.Melt Cheddar cheese on top and cook to medium rare and remove.Deglaze saute pan with 6 oz. Sutter Home Chenin Blanc. Add 2 oz.Worcestershire sauce,2oz balsamic vinegar, 1oz.Ketchup,1oz. Dijon mustard, and 1 Tbsp.brown sugar until sauce reduces to half original volume.Toast Kaiser rolls,add burger,carmelized Vidilia onion, crispy bacon,coat with Chenin Blanc reduction, and top with lettuce and tomato.
