You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

2 Lbs. Ground Beef ( I like a little lean Beef)
3/4 Cups Chopped mixed Greek olives
2 Large Cloves of Garlic
1 Large Purple Onion
3/4-Cup Sutter Pinot Grigio
Worchester Sauce
Feta Cheese (not crumble, sliced)
Lettuce ( a bag of mixed greens works well)
Olive Oil
6 Foccia Rolls Salt & Pepper

 

Instructions

Mince Olives, garlic and one half of onion In bowl mix, Hamburger, 1/2 cup olives, the onion, 3/4s of the garlic (give or take) 2 dashes of Worchester Sauce , Pinot Grigio. Let sit for a couple minutes. Form into 6 equal size burgers on wax paper. PUT IN FRIDGE and let sit for at least a half hour(drink a glass of wine, put your feet up) Start you grill. While the grill is heating up in another bowl mix the remainder of the olives (around a 1 tbs of Olive oil & 2 tbs of Pinot Grigio, a dash of Worchester Sauce and salt and pepper mix, toss this the remainder of onions sliced thinly and the lettuce. Brush the grill lightly with olive oil and place burgers on grill roughly 4 to 5 minutes on each side should cook them though, COOK them though, you do not want to get sit while dreaming of being on a beach. Split the rolls, brush lightly with olive oil and toast on grill. Roughly a minute before being done, place a slice of feta and each burger to warm cheese. place burgers on buns and divide the salad mix to the tops. and serve, I like rosemary roasted potatoes chips with this, but a nice salad works well to.
