Garden Fresh Coleslaw
Â½ medium head green cabbage
Â½ medium head red cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 Â½ cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
Â¼ cup vinegar
Â¼ teaspoon fresh celery seed
Â¼ teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Â½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound ground chuck
Â½ pound Italian Sausage
1 Â½ teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons kosher salt
Â½ teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Vegetable Oil for grill rack
Colavita Virgin Olive Oil
6 freshly-baked sesame rolls, split
1 bag frozen French Fries, regular cut
Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.
To make the Garden Fresh Coleslaw: Shred each cabbage head into a large bowl; add shredded carrot and onion and mix together. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and celery; mix well. Pour mayonnaise mixture into large bowl, blending all ingredients together; set aside.
To make the Golden French Fries: Prepare per package directions. When finished, place Fries on tripled-foil sheet on outer edges of grill rack. Season fries with pepper and salt; cover with one sheet of foil.
To make the HELLIBURGER patties: Combine the beef, sausage, egg, cumin, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, mixing well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions, forming the portions into patties to fit each Sesame Roll.
Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil; place patties on the rack, cover, and grill until browned (approximately 3 minutes). Turn the patties and continue grilling until done (approximately 5 minutes). During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the tops of the rolls with Colavita Olive Oil and place the rolls around the inner edges of rack to lightly toast.
To assemble the HELLIBURGERS: Place a generous amount of the Garden Fresh Coleslaw on the bottom of each sesame roll. Next, assemble ten French Fries in a circular pattern, like helicopter blades, atop the Coleslaw. Then, place one beef patty atop the French Fries; spread a thin layer of Garden Fresh Coleslaw on top of each patty. Finally, place the top half of sesame roll on the HELLIBURGER and serve!
