6 Preformed Kobe Burgers (or available premium beef)
6 tsps steak seasoning (such as McCormick’s or your favorite brand)
6 1/4″ slices of fresh Mozzarella cheese (large enough to top your burgers)
Olive oil spray (or 2 tbsp to brush on all inside pieces of bread)
6 Ciabatta buns
1 mixture of Super-Duper Secret Sauce (recipe below)
1 mixture of Bangin’ Bruschetta (recipe below)
1 package of mixed Spring Greens

Super-Duper Secret Sauce:
1.5 cups extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (standard cooking type found in any grocery store)
1.5 tbsps premade parmesan blended Bread Dipping Seasoning (found in the Italian aisle at most supermarkets, I prefer Dean Jacobs)

Bangin’ Bruschetta:
6 ripe Roma tomatoes
1 small shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium basil leaves
Splash of balsamic vinegar (same type as above)
Salt & Pepper to taste



Preheat your grill to medium heat. At room tempurature, season the Kobe burgers with 1/2 tsp of steak seasoning on each side. Place burgers on grill and cook about 4 minutes on each side. Approximately 1 minute before completed, add one slice of mozzarella to each burger. While burgers are cooking, spray or brush olive oil on the insides of all 6 pieces of bread and place on grill insides down for approximately 1 minute, (just long enough to warm them and create nice grill marks on the bread). Then, mix the super-duper secret sauce by simply blending all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover with plastic wrap & set sauce to the side. For the bruschetta, dice the tomatoes & shallots and place in medium bowl. Crush garlic and place in the bowl as well. Finely chop basil and add to bowl. Using clean hands, gently toss the mixture together. Then, using a serving spoon or large tablespoon, gently stir the mixture while adding the olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired. To assemble the burgers, spread the super-duper secret sauce liberally on all insides of the bread. Place one burger with cheese on the bottom half of each piece of bread. Top with a handful of Spring greens then 1-2 tsps of bruschetta. Enjoy the best burger of your life!!!
