The Kentucky Burger with Mint Julep Mayo
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
12 slices Hickory-Smoked Bacon
1 3/4 pounds ground chuck
1/4 pound country ham, finely chopped

Instructions
Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.
To make Mint Julep Mayo, in a small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, bourbon, sugar, and mint. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate until serving
