The King’s Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


Ingredients are per burger
1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound ground buffalo
2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
4 grinds of fresh black pepper
1 tablespoon of onion soup mix
2 dashes of Red Cayenne pepper
Serve on grilled bun with or without cheese



combine ingredients and mix well cook over indirect grill heat with hickory smoke cook till done
