This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

Ingredients

5 lbs. Beef Ground Meat
1 each of Red, Yellow & Green Bell Peppers, cut into 1/4" pieces
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4" pieces
2 eggs 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. "Sutter Home wine, we use "Cabernet Saubignon"

 

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until forms a loaf. Form desired size of Hamburger. In a large skillet, cook Hamburger on medium heat for 20 minutes. For best results, cook outside on the grill, medium heat for 20 minutes
