The Maggie Burger

1 pound 97% Lean Ground Beef
1 cup ice water
cooking spray
Irish dubliner cheese sliced
Romaine lettuce sliced
Fresh Roma Tomatoes sliced
Red Onion sliced
Light mayonaisse 
Whole Wheat buns-toasted
Pickles (optional)
Ranch Dressing (optional)



Combine Ground beef and ice water and mix well until water has been absorbed. Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill burgers until medium to well done. Place slices of cheese on burgers and allow to melt (about 5 minutes). Take burgers off grill and arrainge lettuce, tomatoes and onion on burger. Toast buns in oven until lightly toasted. Spread mayonaisse, mustard and ketchup on both sides of bun. Place burger on bottom bun and top with top of bun. Serve with pickles and ranch dressing.
